"Jews who live outside of Israel must flee from there urgently! It is most urgent to flee from Europe and Africa. Don't say, "It won't happen to me". Soon the Creator of the Universe will remove 100% of the protection from all the Jews who are outside of the borders of the Land of Israel. Do not come and complain [when it happens]. The Creator of the Universe checks man's heart and innards and knows exactly, in each place where there are Jews, in every community or group, who is there from personal interest and who to sanctify G-d's name. So why try to fool G-d and lie to Him? You cannot. Dismantle everything; take all the Torah scrolls from all the Synagogues in the world and come up with them to the Holy Land! Do not wait. Do not cause friction with The Holy One Blessed Be He. Do not go against the Master of the Universe with force. He will beat you. It would be a waste to lose your life because of money or stubborness over the material. "
